Nice place.. easy to find large condo rentals Pool is very nice but no food no glass no music no loud noise. 24 hour security and they are close to everything. A/C did not work well in the main room,it never got cool unless you leave the bedroom doors open. Was a priced well compared to other rentals the same size 3 bed 3 bath 200usd a day
We loved it there. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The boys loved the pool and the gym equipment is all brand new. Also walking distance to beach and 5th. Perfect location.
Groundskeepers do a very good job of upkeeping this property and the location is very good. It's a little disappointing that the larger building is built closer to the ocean as it blocks. What would be a spectacular view. The gym is clean and features modern equipment. The only thing is entering an exiting through the parking garage as the main entrance is a little strange.
Perfect location, spacious apartments, parking, great pools and lots of loungers, great gym. If you have a stroller or in a wheelchair it’s a bit hard to get in and out of the condominium as the only way is to exit through the garage. There are no way to enter the pool area with a wheelchair. Beware: The windows out to ave 1 is super thin and the restaurants outside blasts music throughout the night. It’s very noisy, might be better to get an apartment closer to the sea.

Huge place fantastic upper deck with jacuzzi facing the ocean. Also street side view from deck and two balcony’s. Close to everything. Very well kept pool area landscaping so well done. The greens keeper is best in class. Extremely friendly staff. Very safe very quiet except the old air conditioners humming through the night. Love Rivera Rentals. Great company great people very caring. A elevated experience overall.
Good but you should not use their concierge to rent a car. We got one with a unbalanced wheel (which makes the car vibrate over 50km/h - just try to imagine that for a 2 hours trip) They just didn't care about it.
Lugar bonito y bien ubicado. Lo desagradable, aparentemente una extranjera dueña de algunos departamentos impuso sus reglas y ahora los de seguridad son policías de toallas, todo el tiempo están castrando con que no se pueden colgar para secarse cerca de la ventana, solo hay que usar toallas blancas en la alberca.
